EAAE seminar, organised in Brussels on November 30th and December 1st under the title “Does Europe need a food policy?”
Scientific issues on which papers are sought, are:
·Trends in (un)healthy diets, consumer behaviour and the role of food and health policy
·Sustainability in value chains, the role of standards (e.g. certification) and the role of environmental policy
·Innovation in value chains (including the role of ICT) and the role of innovation policy
·Experiences in food policy and the need for research and research infrastructures
