International Farm Management Association The IFMA's principle activity is to run Congresses every second year in a different country. Delegates come from a wide spectrum of people involved in farm management and its related disciplines - farmers, farm managers, extension service advisors, consultants, academics, economists, bankers and other service providers. The first congress was held in 1971 in the UK. A congress is being planned in the USA in 2009.
